Delivery & Returns

We use My Parcel to deliver your order and will always aim to dispatch it within 24 hours of receipt.

We will do everything we can to make sure we get your order to you as fast as possible.

However, we cannot guarantee times if the carrier experiences delays and, delivery times may vary if orders are received over a weekend and during public holidays.

Once your order has been processed through the My Parcel portal you will receive a tracking number to your email address where you will be able to track your order.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Netherlands:

Shipping costs: €7,00 up to order value of €70.
Free shipping for orders of €70 and up.

Belgium:

Shipping costs €9,40 up to order value of €100.
Free shipping for orders of €100 and up.

Germany:

Shipping costs €9,25 up to order value of €100.
Free shipping for orders of €100 and up.

Luxembourg:

Shipping costs €12,50 up to order value of €150.
Free shipping for orders of €150 and up.

REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return your item for a refund as long as the item is unopened, unused and in a re-sellable condition. Please send the item back within 14 days of notifying us (via info@atelier-zoe.com) of your intention to return it. We will provide you with a returns label but it is your responsibility to re-pack the item(s) in a way that ensures it travels back to us safely and securely (we recommend re-using the Atelier Zoë box in which it was delivered).

RETURN COSTS

Please note returns are at your own cost unless you are returning a faulty product, when we will also refund the return postage costs.  In the event of a faulty product, please contact us at info@atelier-zoe.com

RETURNS/EXCHANGE RESTRICTIONS

Please note that Gift Cards are non-returnable, as are ‘sale’ items and, due to hygiene reasons, it’s not possible to return any ‘hard’ products such as body brushes or face cloths etc.

Your order is important to both you and us and, whilst we are confident of the quality and integrity of every product we stock, we share all product ingredients on our website in order to encourage personal discretion while shopping but are always happy to provide advice if you have any questions either before or after your purchase.
To this end, Atelier Zoë cannot be responsible for any adverse reaction or allergy to a product and refunds will not be issued.
In the rare case of a reaction, please contact us for dilution and product application tips.
