In order to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to experience the benefits of our LED Light Treatment at a time of their choosing, Atelier Zoë has a 24 hours cancellation policy.

What does this mean?

Services and treatments require pre-payment at the time of booking and whilst you are always welcome to cancel your appointment, if an appointment is cancelled without the required 24 hours notice, no refunds will be provided. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you will also be required to provide 24 hours notice, otherwise your appointment will be charged in full.
