Returns & refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return your item for a refund as long as the item is unopened, unused and in a re-sellable condition.

Please send the item back within 14 days of notifying us (via [email protected]) of your intention to return it. We will provide you with a returns label but it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is re-packed in a way that ensures it travels safely and securely (we recommend re-using the Atelier Zoë box in which it was delivered).   more information
